How do I make a payment? 

*I will gladly accept payment through PayPal and Shopify Payments at this time.

***Please double check to make sure that your Paypal shipping address is current, so orders will not be delayed. 

What are your shipping policies?
~ Shipping for U.S. Customers ~

I will be using USPS First-Class Shipping from now on (with tracking number), usually ships within 3-5 days after payment. I insure all packages up to $200.00 in value.

~ International Shipping ~
USPS priority or first class international. Contact me before purchase if you would like a tracking number. I usually ship items ordered within 3-5 days after payment. Let me know you would like insurance by leaving me a 'message to seller' note along with your order. I have no problem sending you an additional invoice through PayPal.

*Buyers are responsible for all customs, charges, taxes, duties, & fees*


Do you offer packaging?

I ship each piece ordered in a natural brown kraft paper box all ready to go as a gift, so if you are not wanting it gift-wrapped, send me a 'message to seller' note along with your purchase telling me that you do not need it to be gift-wrapped.

I also give the option of an organza gift pouch for more speedy shipping (ideal for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS) so please either convo me before placing an order, or leave me 'message to seller' note along with your order if you would like the latter packaging method. ***All orders will be shipped in poly mailers and U-Line boxes depending on amount of products ordered***

 

Can I return or exchange my item?

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days and I will gladly issue you a refund once the item(s) have returned back to me safely. Refunds for custom orders are given on a case-by case basis.

Please return items back to me packaged as securely as possible.

I am also happy to exchange an item after item has been shipped back to me safely.

Shipping costs for returning the item(s) are at the buyer's expense.

No refunds/returns are accepted after 60 days.

 

Do you take custom orders?

I would love to make a piece designed just for you or for someone you care about, so just send me a message telling me what you would like and we will work something out.

Please keep in mind that custom orders require payment upfront to cover labor/cost of materials.
